With serves over 200 km/h the AMERICAN hard hitter eased through the first round in straight sets all the way to his first semi-final of the AUSTRALIA OPEN

This British lad has proven it all...

1st by defeating world no.3 Novak Djokovic in the cincinatti open last year and also crushing Nadal in the semi final of the US open and became the 1st British to be a finalist in the Finals of the US open.. Ranking as 4th in the world this young chap still has more to give in and he might win a grand slam soon.............





The newcomer-Fernando Verdasco

Meet Verdasco-this is da guy who brought his Spanish team to victory after Spain defeats Argentina in the Davis Cup..

The best part was the team did it in the absence of RAFA..

He was a new big hit to the fans when he deafeated fellow Brit Andy Murray in the quater finals and took on RAFA in the semis.. Verdasco was a challege for Nadal as they played for more than 5 hours and set a new record in the history of tennis

Eventually Nadal still overpowered him in 5 tough sets

Federer breaks down after giving his speech at the Aus Open.. Its a real disappointment to Fed.. Making all the way to the finals and eventually losing to Nadal..

So... Sampras record of 14 grand slams is still yet to be broken.. Can Fed do it??? hehe..
